BRADENTON, Fla. Congressman Vern Buchanan, strong supporter of entrepreneurs, startups, and local business growth and Florida’s member of Congress on the powerful House Ways and Means Committee, is attending Station 2 Innovation’s next open coworking session on Tuesday August 25, 2015. Buchanan will be visiting the facility to learn more about the services and programs offered. While there, he’ll talk to some of the entrepreneurs that regularly use the facility as well as people taking advantage of the weekly free open coworking day.

Founders Sara Hand and Stan Schultes will be on hand to host Congressman Buchanan and the public, answering questions about the historic and storied facility, its current operations and its future ambitions.

Launched by Spark Growths Sara Hand and Stan Schultes, Station 2 Innovation has assembled a rich suite of services to support an environment for growing sustainable, high wage jobs that will stay in the Bradenton/Sarasota area and attract entrepreneurs and capital for building new businesses in the region. With the upcoming Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting on October 2, Sara and Stan have introduced coworking, community events that educate, empower and develop entrepreneurs; softlanding/business expansion services to the Bradenton/Sarasota area and will be starting business incubation programming this fall.
