Community leaders, including student leaders, are invited to participate in a workshop hosted by Tampa Bay WaVE Monday, Aug 4th from 3pm – 6 pm.

This is an introduction to Strategic Doing:

Strategic Doing brings simple rules to solve complex issues and empower communities. It is a strategy process that follows “lean” principles: move quickly, experiment, figure out what works and expand it. Strategic Doing helps to develop collaboration and create trusted networks to increase civic engagement for improved community resiliency.
